How Concrete Sealant Works

Repair concrete and strengthen integrity.

Seal concrete and permanently harden the physical structure of masonry and concrete by chemically reacting with latent cement particles "free lime" on or below the surface.

Waterproofing for Concrete with a subsurface seal

FIex 800 sealers and additive 750, are a select blend of transparent, colorless aqueous emulsion and resin solutions that chemically react with water and the natural by-products of cementaceous materials to produce an extremely inert concrete sealant gel deep below the concrete surface.

This thick gel will provide superior concrete waterproofing protection over a thin surface level concrete sealer that can wear or can affect the bond of aesthetic deck coatings.

Hydrostatic pressure solution

The active hardening flu silica based gel partially fills the voids and capillaries in the structure of the concrete, thereby eliminating water and moisture movement through the concrete caused by capillarity and hydrostatic pressure. Flex 800 solves hydrostatic pressure leaks making it the perfect solution for basement waterproofing

Seal Concrete against oils, pool chemicals, and more

The chemical reaction results increased density of the concrete or masonry surface. The penetrating sealant reduces the deterioration of new or old concrete by providing deep sub-surface concrete waterproofing protection and by providing penetration resistance to damaging salts, oils, grease, mild acids and alkali.

Flex 800 and Flex D800 preserves without altering the surface appearance, texture or bonding characteristics. FIex D800 is the same as the original Flex 800 but with the addition of a highly emulsifying detergent agent for use on surfaces where there remains some residual oil, grease or wax.

Flex Admix AM800 is a concrete sealant add-mix product that produces the same results in new concrete.

Flex 800 series may be applied to new and old concrete, stucco (plaster), brick, and other masonry surfaces.
