Flex® Deck
Flex Deck has been a proven deck coating solution for over 20 years. Used by the U.S. Air force, hospitals, school districts, apartment complexes, commercial and residential buildings and more.
Flex Deck is a thick single-component coating that cures to create a flexible waterproof deck membrane for commercial use.

Flex Deck is ready to use right out of the bucket
- Can be used alone as a protective waterproof coating on any concrete, masonry block, asphalt, or wood surface after proper preparation * see application guide.
- Single-component product is ready to use without mixing *mix 2 weeks after production
- Easy to apply, simply open the bucket and apply by brush, roller or sprayer.
Waterproofing Deck Systems: How to re-enforce your Flex Deck System
Prepare surface according to Instruction Guide- Seal ground level concrete surfaces with Flex Concrete Sealant
- Use Flex Acrylic Mastic or MoistureCure Caulking to seal cracks
- Reinforce concrete cracks and plywood joints with 4” Polyester Fabric embedded into a layer of Acrylic Mastic. Some systems require application of 48” Fabric to the entire surface.
- Apply Flex Deck Coating with a Brush, Roller or Sprayer
- Add sand or other aggregate for a slip-resistant texture. (See Application guide: Adding Texture)

Apply base-coat of Flex Deck Brush or use a drywall knife to apply a layer of Flex Acrylic Mastic on plywood joints
Embed 4” polyester reinforcement fabric into the Acrylic Mastic
Deck waterproofing and restoration solution for cracked concrete or plywood decks
Optional: Embed 48” wide Polyester reinforcement fabric into a thick coat of Flex Deck
Finish with Textured or Un-textured coats of Flex Deck For Un-textured surfaces: Roll, Brush or use an Airless Paint Sprayer Textured Surfaces: Brush, Roll or use a drywall hopper gun
