Unlike lower quality epoxy coatings with lower solid content that shrink as they dry, Flex 100 requires less coating for the same mil thickness as other coatings. The 100% solids coatings also provide superior abrasion chemical and traffic resistance, quicker dry time, and better adhesion. Superior longevity and better coverage rates equal greater value. Step 1:

Flex Concrete Sealant

Hydrostatic Pressure Treatment and Concrete Sealant

Ground level concrete often wicks up moisture and builds up pressure under concrete coating systems eventually delaminating the coating from the concrete. Flex Concrete Sealant is a subsurface penetrating sealant that will eliminate hydrostatic pressure. Because it is a subsurface sealant, it leaves the surface without a gloss or film so that concrete or masonry coatings will have a superior bond. See www.sealantconcrete.com

Step 2:

Clear Epoxy Primer: Flex 100

Flex 100P is a 2 part clear epoxy primer designed to be used with the Flex 100 Epoxy floor coating. It provides outstanding adhesion for both new and re-coat applications. See application guide for details on surface preparation.

Step 3:

Epoxy Floor Coatings: Flex 100 can be applied with a squeegee, roller or brush. It self levels to provide a flawless showroom finish.

Step 4: (Optional)

Polyurethane Floor Coating: Flex 100PF

Flex 100PF is used where optimal brilliance and shine are required. The polyurethane should also be used when the concrete will be exposed to UV light.
